REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Plenti, we strive to provide the best service to our customers. This policy outlines our terms regarding order cancellations and refunds. All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

2.1 Immediate Cancellation (Within 5 Minutes)

- Any order can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement

- 100% refund will be processed

- Applicable for orders placed by mistake

2.2 Pickup Orders with More Than 90 Minutes Lead Time

- Can be cancelled at any time before the pickup window

- 100% refund will be processed

- No questions asked

2.3 Pickup Orders with 30-90 Minutes Lead Time

- Can be cancelled at any time before the pickup window

- 50% refund will be processed

- This policy applies to ensure efficient resource allocation

2.4 Pickup Orders with Less Than 30 Minutes Lead Time

- Can be cancelled at any time before the pickup window

- No refund will be processed

- This policy applies to ensure efficient resource allocation

2.5 During Pickup Window

- Cancellations are not allowed once the pickup window begins

- A 5-minute grace period is provided after the pickup window starts

- No refunds will be processed for cancellations after the grace period

1. REFUND PROCESS

- All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction

- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing times

- Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

- In case of technical issues or system errors, Plenti reserves the right to review and process refunds on a case-by-case basis

- Force majeure events may lead to special consideration for refunds
